We have solar panels with a total capacity of 110 kWp, which enable us to cover approximately 20% of the hotel’s electricity consumption.
Air-source heat pumps
75% reduction in fossil fuel use
Thanks to this technology for domestic hot water production, we reduce fossil fuel consumption by up to 75%.
BMS Smart Control
30% energy saving
We have a BMS control and monitoring system that optimises energy consumption in real time, enabling energy savings of up to 30%.

At Cullera Holiday, our cuisine is a way of connecting with the Mediterranean through its most authentic flavours. Wherever possible, we prioritise locally sourced and seasonal produce, as we believe this is the best way to showcase local cuisine, reduce the environmental impact of transport, and serve food at its very best.
This approach allows us to offer healthier, more mindful food, designed with the well-being of our guests in mind.

Our Utopía restaurant offers a menu featuring locally sourced produce and ingredients at their peak, ensuring that every dish is full of flavour. The buffet offers a fresh, local and varied selection, designed to ensure that everyone finds exactly what they’re looking for.
- Cullera Fish Market
We use fresh fish sourced from the Cullera fish market whenever possible, focusing on the catch of the day and a selection that reflects the local fishing industry.
- Local cooperatives
We source fruit and vegetables from agricultural cooperatives in Cullera or the surrounding area within the Valencian Community, supporting local farming practices that respect the land and its natural cycles.
